Tru Flight Aviation Services Limited (TFAS) is a Jamaican aircraft maintenance organization providing safe, reliable, and cost-effective line maintenance services to commercial airlines operating in Jamaica. Approved by the Jamaica Civil Aviation Authority (JCAA) and the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Tru Flight is committed to delivering world-class maintenance solutions that meet the highest international standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Operating from our stations at Norman Manley International Airport (Kingston), Sangster International Airport (Montego Bay), and Ian Fleming International Airport (Ocho Rios), our experienced team provides comprehensive line maintenance support, aircraft technical services, engineering assistance, aircraft recovery, and AOG support to a growing portfolio of international airline customers. Founded by Desmond Reeves, Tru Flight is backed by more than 40 years of aviation experience. Mr. Reeves has built a distinguished career grounded in technical excellence, operational leadership, and an uncompromising commitment to safety. As an accomplished aeronautical engineer, he has gained extensive hands-on experience across a broad range of Boeing and Airbus aircraft, earning the respect of airlines, regulators, and industry professionals alike.

Mr. Reeves’ vision was to establish a Jamaican aircraft maintenance organization capable of delivering international standards of service while developing local aviation expertise and supporting the continued growth of Jamaica’s aviation industry. Today, that vision continues to guide Tru Flight as the company expands its capabilities, strengthens partnerships with leading international airlines, and invests in the people, systems, and technology needed to meet the evolving demands of the aviation industry.
