Board Members
Theodore Golding – Chairman
Mr. Golding is a Retired Executive and Board Director of National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited. He also served as Board Director for some 33 Companies, in the Financial Services Industry, the Tourism Industry, as well as Insurance, Real Estate Development and Hospitality Industries, including NCB Group Limited, Air Jamaica Limited, Urban Development Corporation, Caribbean Home NCB Insurance Company Limited, and GK Foods and Services Limited. He currently serves as a Member of the Finance Committee of the University of Technology. Mr. Golding is the holder of a Master’s Degree in Accounting, a B.Sc. Degree in Management Studies (Honours) and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Bankers London.
Carla Reeves
Carla has a distinguished career in sales and marketing, with more than 20 years experience in Pharmaceutical sales and holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool.
Zaheer Robinson – CEO
Zaheer is an experienced Chartered Accountant with extensive “Big Four experience”. During his tenure as an external auditor, he provided assurance services to a number of clients in the banking, investments, real estate, manufacturing, distribution, and mining sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies (Accounting) with First Class Honours from The University of the West Indies, Mona.
Dane Francis
Dane has more than 25 years of experience in Civil Aviation with a significant portion of his experience being in a supervisory role. He has done work out of several airports in North America and the Caribbean region. Dane is the holder of an FAA license, and is licensed by the Jamaica Civil Aviation Authority (JCAA).
Clive Grizzle
Clive has more than 40 years experience in the field of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. He holds a Diploma in Aircraft and Power Plant Mechanics from the International Career School in Canada (online). He is currently the Chief Engineer for Tru Flight and is a former employee of Caribbean Airlines from 2020-2022, and Air jamaica from 1979-2010. He holds an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (AME) from the Jamaica Civil Aviation Authority, and an Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) License from the United States of America.
Bernadene Crooks – Company Secretary
Bernadene has more than 30 years’ experience in the field of Administration and Corporate Governance. She holds a Bachelor’s’ Degree in Business Administration from the University College of the Caribbean and is a Professionally Accredited Corporate Secretary. She is a former International Civil Servant with the United Nations Resident Coordinator’s Office in Jamaica, Bahamas, Bermuda, Turks & Caicos and the Cayman Islands.
Dr. Wilson-Clarke – Director
Dr. Cameil Wilson-Clarke, RPh., BPharm, MAT, Pharm.D., is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Medical Sciences at the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus, and Director of the Entry Level Doctor of Pharmacy Programme.
She brings over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including with Roche, and more than 17 years in clinical pharmacy education. Her areas of expertise include clinical research, pharmacovigilance, antimicrobial resistance, infectious disease, and chronic disease management.
Dr. Wilson-Clarke is a member of several professional bodies, including the American College of Clinical Pharmacy, the Caribbean Association of Pharmacists, and the International Pharmaceutical Federation. She is the recipient of the Caribbean Pharmacist Lifetime Achievement Award (2023). Committed to community service, she organizes and actively participates in over 12 medical missions each year to underserved areas across Jamaica.
